SFU expert on Earth Day 2018

Earth Day 2018 is taking place this Sunday, April 22. The theme this year is to end plastic pollution. SFU expert Deborah Harford is available to comment on how plastics are adding significant stress to our planet, which is already struggling with climate change and other environmental issues. 

She can also comment on other impacts of climate change such as extreme heat, sea level rise, flooding, health impacts, ecosystems and species risks as well as solutions to the problems.
