SFU Experts available on Throne Speech and start of 43rd Parliament

Today, Parliament will reconvene for the first time since the October federal election. Members of Parliament will select a Speaker of the House of Commons and the Governor General will deliver the Speech from the Throne to open the 43rd session of Parliament and outline the government’s planned agenda. 

The following Simon Fraser University experts are available to speak to the day’s events and the current state of Canadian politics.
