SFU is celebrating Terri Evans, academic and administrative manager of the Urban Studies Program, for her 20-year contribution to the Coquitlam Farmers Market. Terri co-founded the market when she was still an SFU student, as part of a class project, and has been involved ever since.

Terri's contributions to the market are obviously much appreciated by the vendors. As one long-time vendor put it, "I'm in awe of Terri - she's gone above and beyond from the very beginning. I'm in awe of you and I always will be!"

And they are also much appreciated by the Urban Studies Program:

"Terri has made enormous contributions in her community and across the Vancouver region and she brings that energy and insight back to Urban Studies to enrich our program every day," said director Peter Hall. "Congratulations and thanks!"
