Urban studies master's student Katelyn McDougall, along with fellow student collaborators Linda Mussell and Sherry Yang from the SFU Public Policy Program, today released their paper: Cities is a Sea of Uncertainty: Growing the Conversation on Regional Governance and Planning in Metro Vancouver

The paper is the result of a challenge issued by Gordon Price, former director of the SFU City Program. In 2016, he offered a $5,000 prize to students in the two programs who collaborated to produce the best paper on the challenges of "cities in a sea of green," the original guiding vision of the Metro Vancouver region.

The paper was released at the Connected Cities forum.
