Presented by SFU Vancity Office of Community Engagement and Pivot Legal Society (with support from PHS Community Services Society, Megaphone Magazine, BC Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS, and BC Civil Liberties). In May 2011, the Supreme Court of Canada heard the Federal Government's Appeal of the decision to allow the INSITE supervised injection facility to continue to operate. This forum explored aspects of the case, what the Supreme Court's decision will mean for people living with addictions, and the future of Canadian drug policy.
