Signature Events
SFU Vancouver is proud to host and partner on a number of signature events offered throughout the year. Signature events are recurring events that are programmed by staff at the Office of the Executive Director at SFU Vancouver and are unique to the Vancouver campus. These events take place across Downtown Vancouver and highlight the innovative programming, impactful research and deep community engagement that highlight SFU Vancouver as the Intellectual Heart of the City.

Every third Wednesday of the month |
The Writer's Studio | Lunch Poems at SFU is a unique opportunity to celebrate the spoken word and is held the third Wednesday of every month. Since our inaugural poetry reading on March 28th, 2012, featuring Vancouver's Poet Laureate Evelyn Lau, Lunch Poems has hosted a wide range of poets and their works reflecting the rich diversity of the poetry scene in our community. |
