Space and Facilities Planning
Chaired by the Vice-Provost and Associate Vice-President, Academic, the SFU Space Planning Committee is responsible for reviewing academic and administrative space requests, principles and priorities.
If you have a request for additional space or to exchange/return existing space, please login to access the Space Request Form webpage and complete the form provided. This form will be used by the SFU Space Planning Committee to review the request and will assist with updating space utilization records in the space management system.
(Note: Requests for building renovation, renewal and modernization projects that do not require additional space or exchange/return of existing space are submitted through the Facilities Services website.)
