According to PwC’s 2021 Global Culture Survey, a majority of leaders credit their success during the pandemic to their organizational culture. During a year that necessitated major changes for companies around the world, more than two-thirds of respondents said that their culture helps change initiatives happen and that culture has been a source of competitive advantage.

And yet, the study also shows that a gap exists when it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion with many workers feeling their workplaces aren't as inclusive as leaders think they are.

Minerva BC is pleased to partner with PwC to host a virtual workshop focused on culture and authenticity in the workplace.

This session, will explore:

  • What is culture, and what are the behaviours and enablers to accelerate positive change
  • What inclusive leaders can do to build culture and bring authenticity to their day-to-day work
  • How to approach culture change, even in the most entrenched industries and workplaces

This session will start with a panel of speakers each addressing the topic of inclusive culture and authenticity and will be followed by a moderated Q+A session.

This opportunity is open to anyone interested in exploring workplace culture and leadership. Thanks to the generous support of PwC, this event is being offered at no charge, but registration is required.
