Presented by Veza Strategy, in partnership with HR Tech Group (BC’s largest community of HR professionals in technology).

In this interactive workshop, participants will explore the experiences of people with barriers to employment such as immigration, neurodiverse ability, and more, as they navigate the rapid currents of the tech industry. The underlying goal of this training session is to help create safe environments where everyone can thrive, and that are based on the influences that impact the individuals of varying abilities and the type of support they need. Participants will co-create a set of diversity practices for organization’s stakeholders, including teammates, managers, HR Manager and leadership, while taking into account the person’s challenges and needs in a fast-paced tech industry.
