Help your students recognize the importance and relationship that science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) have on their future career options. Whether you are a teacher of STEM, a guidance counsellor, or career teacher, you will find resources that will address your curriculum’s learning standards.

This is a full day professional learning session. Teachers will have the opportunity to explore resources and learning strategies that will help their students discover the rich variety of careers open to those who have a STEM background. Such careers include traditional STEM careers such as those in medicine and medical research, traditional and non-traditional scientists, as well as engineers. These careers also include those that may not have an obvious STEM connection such as those in the skilled trades, food preparation, design and computer-related.
