The Women in STEM Project from Empower The Future includes a series of workshops and mentorship activities with presentations, resource packages, and workbooks to help inner-city students achieve their academic, professional, and personal goals while promoting STEM careers to young women.

Participants wil have the chance to attend workshops in Engineering and Chemistry, Technology and Mathematics, Biology and Medicine, and a Career Cafe where students will be able to engage with professional women in STEM  or other women pursuing STEM fields in post-secondary. Participants may also attend multiple workshop to expand opportunities.
