I am an assistant professor in the School of Computing Science, Simon Fraser University, the director of Master of Science in Professional Computer Science, and the director of research at MARZ. I lead and manage several industrial and research projects related to Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Computational Fabrication.
My main research interest is Computer Graphics with specialty in Geometric Modeling, Digital Fabrication, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision (Google Scholar). I have received several awards including NSERC Postdoctoral Fellowship, J.B. Hyne Research Innovation Award, Michael A. J. Sweeney Award, and Teaching Excellence Award.

[Sept 2023]. Our D2CSG is accepted to NeurIPS 2023. Congrats to the very best Fenggen.

[Aug 2023]. I will serve as the International Program Committee member of Eurographics 2024.

[Aug 2023]. I was on a panel with the minister of JEDI to discuss the impacts of AI on future jobs. 

[July 2023].  Our LipDub product at MARZ is featured by CNN.

[July 2023]. Three papers accepted at ICCV 2023. Congrats to Maham, Aryan, and Jiayi for their first first authored paper.

[July 2023]. I gave a talk at 3D generative models wotrkshop in Bannf.

[June 2023]. Prof. Cohen-Or  is visiting our lab for a month.
