Band Persist

In irregular mutations the decision of which frequency bands get mutated is selected stochastically.

Because this is a form of random selection, irregular mutations are less predictable than uniform ones

 

Band persist acts as a parameter of the stochastic process with a higher band persist value limiting the mean values of the parameter.
