Philosophy 240

  • Text: Philosophy of Religion: An Anthology, 5th Edition, Louis Pojman and Michael Rea (eds.), Thomson, 2008.

  • Course Requirements:

    Note: The final exam for Philosophy 240 will be written at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 11 in C 9000.
    It is imperative that students take whatever steps are necessary to write the final exam at the scheduled time and place.

    The format of the final exam will be as follows.

  • Part A: True/False items
    Part B: Multiple Choice items with possibly more than one response
    You are asked to list all and only those answers that are correct in each case.
    Part C: Answers to the questions in this section will consist of a few sentences (or a short paragraph) in each case. You will lose marks for including material that does not contribute directly to a straightforward response.
    Part D: You will respond to a question in the form of a very brief essay—perhaps a few short paragraphs. Again, you will lose marks for including material that does not contribute directly to a straightforward response.
