What Files Does Final Cut Pro HD Create _(and where are they stored)?_

Where does imovie store my media. If you want to delete old media or use media from imovie in Final Cut you need to:

Open the iMovie HD project file by either right clicking or press "control" key in bottom left of keyboard and click. This gives you a menu: choose Show Package Contents. Then you can see the media Folder and do what you like with these files.
