For this assignment you first need to complete three questionnaires. After completing each questionnaire be sure to make a copy of the results.

1. Achievement Goal Questionnaire (Revised version by Elliot and Murayama, 2008): 12 items and 4 subscales.
   
   
2. Goal Orientation Questionnaire (Nesbit, Zhou, Mahasneh & Yeung, 2009a): 25 items and 6 subscales.
   
   
3. Beliefs about Learning and Knowledge Questionnaire (Nesbit, Zhou, Mahasneh & Yeung, 2009b): 25 items and 5 subscales.
