1. For the two circuits from Assignment #10, problem No. 2,
run SPICE (any version) and obtain transfer characteristics v-i
across the one-port when:
voltage driven
current driven.
Use default transistor models.
Choose R's so that each one-port exhibits negative differential
resistance (NDR).
For example, for circuit 2(b), chose:
R1 = 110 Ohm, R2 = 237 Ohm, R3 = 21.5 kOhm, and R5 = 21.5 kOhm.
