AS mapping in CoralReef

• Read in a Cisco BGP dump file (such as those available at http://moat.nlanr.net/AS/)

• Converts the dump file into a simpler format that maps network prefixes and masklens to source ASes.

• The output is used by an API ASFinder() in CoralReef
