New packet format

• OPNET packet formats define protocols between:

  • MS and SGSN
  • SGSN and GGSN
  • SGSN and the Internal HLR

MS: Mobile Station

SGSN: Serving GPRS Support Node

GGSN: Gateway GPRS Support Node

HLR: Internal Home Location Register
