Analysis of TELUS CDPD billing records:

• Showed remarkable inequalities in terms of:

  • user behavior (number of events, data packets, and mobility)
  • user treatment by the network (rejection of registrations, packet loss, and controlled packets)

• Revealed the possibility to classify users and cells using MySQL database and clustering analysis tool (K-means algorithm)
