Project goals
Develop a general traffic client node with “smart” packet switching mechanism by merging IPv6 and the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM).
Use the “Type of Service” field in the IPv6 packets to route packets with different ToS to the appropriate ATM Switch Virtual Circuits (SVC) with matching QoS parameters.
