• Virtual service functions and approximate the service received by TS and DS queues until time t in a BPR+ scheduler.

  • at each packet departure:

    where is the departure time of the previous packet and is the arrival time of the packet at the head of the TS queue.
  • at each packet departure from the TS queue:

    where is the length of the packet.
