About Me

  1. MMath in Computer Science, University of Waterloo,
  2. BMath in Combinatorics & Optimization and Pure Mathematics, University of Waterloo,

I'm a second-year PhD student studying Computing Science at Simon Fraser University, supervised by Dr. Parmit Chilana and Dr. Joanna McGrenere. My research has aimed to simplify the process of finding relevant help resources for feature-rich software, through the design of collaborative, personalized help recommendation systems. I hold an NSERC Postgraduate Scholarship and recently completed an internship with Microsoft in Vancouver, studying how K-12 teachers personalize their digital classroom ecosystems.
