1. Without looking at the introductory material, search Tyndale's text to find the following answers: who printed this text? What was the precise date it was printed? And where was this text printed?

2. Tyndale spends much of his treatise attacking practices that he believes to be false. Paying close attention to his critique of the church and society, write a paragraph summarizing the key points of Tyndale's agenda. What, positively and specifically, did Tyndale want and why?

3. What, according to Tyndale, are the four senses of scriptural interpretation and what does he mean when he says that "the scripture hath but one sense which is the literal sense"?

4. Why does Tyndale discuss the sacraments in such detail? What is the significance of this discussion?

5. How radical is Tyndale's vision of society?
