I think it is telling that the latest memo from the administration on the ongoing management/labour dispute reads, "We care deeply about our community and recognize the disruptions that this labour action is having on our students, faculty, and staff, as well as TSSU members." 1) it's not "their" community 2) it takes two to tangle [sic] and management is as responsible as labour for "disruptions" 3) how are TSSU members not part of "students, faculty, and staff"? Given that we--SFUFA members--are in bargaining with the administration, these memos are alarming.
