This week we look at the political implications of information technology, including traditional democractic politics as well as political activism. We build on what we learned from last week's class on social impact of information technology and the internet.

After class discussion - We have a room in Harbour Centre this week, room 1510, for our after class discussion. There is no agenda for this - you can talk about anything at all - and we have from 11:30 to 1:20.
