If paying by credit card, the registration form may be printed, filled out and faxed to (604) 291-4947. If you are paying by credit card and you wish to mail, or if you are paying by cheque, please mail to:

Please make cheques payable to SSC/WNAR/IMS 2001. Note that all fees are in Canadian dollars. You may also write cheques in U.S. dollars by making the correct conversion; consult the posted conversion rates. Registrations must be received by April 15/2001 to avoid the late fee penalty. Note that receipts will only be issued at the conference. Also, confirmation of your registration will be made by email several days after it has been received.
