Erin Udal

Erin Udal (Champion) is a community organizer for positive change and has focused work in environmental education and part of many social justice projects. Erin has two degrees from Simon Fraser University in Biology and Education. She has a healthy network across the province having lived, worked and played in Vancouver, Smithers, Haida Gwaii, and now resides in Snuneymuxw territory on Gabriola Island. Erin currently sits as a Board of Directors with the Gabriola Community Bus Foundation – a sharable transportation option for residents focused on climate solutions, and the Native Bee Society of BC – an upstart education and research non-profit concentrated on understanding and conserving native bee species. Erin enjoys gardening, Ideas podcasts, and playing basketball in her spare time.
