Name, social insurance number, student number, address, financial information, and educational information.

Purpose for which personal information obtained / compiled and used / disclosed

Student Services collects and uses the personal information contained in these records to report student income to the Canada Revenue Agency and the concerned students, as required by law.

Individuals using personal information or to whom it is disclosed

Student Services discloses the personal information contained in these files to the concerned students and to the Canada Revenue Agency. Within the University, the only person who uses the personal information is the Director of the Student Financials department of Student Services.

Individuals included in PIB

All students receiving a scholarship, award or bursary from the University.
