If you are interested in joining the Silverman laboratory either as a student assistant, research assistant, or a graduate student, please provide the following to Michael Silverman (email).  To begin the unofficial application process please send the following items listed below.  The official application will require copies of your academic transcripts.

1) An up-to-date résumé.  Your résumé should include your academic and work history along with other notable achievement s.  Full contact information for yourself and potential references from individuals who have interacted with you in the past and know you well is also desirable. 

2) A one page description of your scientific and career interests.  In this personal statement, you should expand on your laboratory skills gained either through previous employment or through laboratory-based courses.  You should also elaborate on how experience gained in this laboratory will prepare you for your future plans.
