Jasmine Parmar is passionate about creating spaces for connecting people and ideas to inspire creativity and facilitate lively discussion. She is an observant and critical thinker intrigued by the dualities of life individuals confine themselves to: complexity vs. simplicity, good vs. evil, rich vs. poor, etc. She believes reaching a stage of self-actualization and authenticity should be an essential component of each individual’s life course to break free from the cages society imposes on us. She holds an M.Sc. in biomedical physiology and kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and a B.Sc. (Hons) in biochemistry from the University of Victoria.
