Richard Hulbert

Richard Hulbert, AIBC, RAIC, FRAIC, RCA, AIA, is an international award-winning and published architect, urban designer, and photographer.

A frequent
 lecturer and teacher on four continents, he is a fellow in the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada and an academician in the Royal Canadian Academy of the Arts.

Hulbert is a former president of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia and former director of both the Urban Development Institute (Pacific Region) and the Greater Vancouver Home Builders Association.
