Rick Hulbert

Richard Hulbert, M.Arch., RCA, FRAIC, AIA, Retired Architect AIBC, has been an international award-winning and published architect, urban designer and photographer.

A frequent
 lecturer and teacher on four continents, he is a fellow in the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada and an academician in the Royal Canadian Academy of the Arts.

Richard is a former president of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia and former director of both the Urban Development Institute (Pacific Region) and the Greater Vancouver Home Builders Association.
