A conference on research and action against HIV/AIDS stigma and discrimination in Cape Coast, Ghana, Oct 18-20, 2010

The partnership project entitled Reducing HIV Stigma by Education – Ghana has been dedicated to developing and implementing new education and communication strategies against HIV and AIDS stigma and discrimination in Ghana. The University of Ghana, University of Cape Coast, University of Education, Winneba, and Simon Fraser University, through funding provided by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), are presenting the conference Challenge Against Stigma at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, October 18-20, 2010. This conference will be of interest to researchers, academics, HIV/AIDS and other health agencies, civil society groups, activists, and a range of non-governmental and community-based groups.
