The focus is on speaking and writing with clarity and impact. To improve verbal abilities, we work on the structure/organization of oral presentations, and also on pacing, voice modulation, volume, body language, audience engagement, eye contact, and how to draw from experiences and expertise in responding quickly and clearly to questions.

For writing, short exercises are followed by two to three rounds of intensive group feedback, editing, and revisions. Our focus is on increasing impact through succinctness, simplicity, and bringing key messages front and centre, with an eye to writing appropriately for different audiences. Our "markets" include opinion newspaper/magazine articles, internal memos, reports, strategic plans, press releases, web sites, and others.
