Overview:
This study aims to look at the location of golfcourses in the greater Vancouver regional district (GVRD). There are two main objectives within this study, the first is to conduct a sensetivity analysis to see and explore which of the variables used exerts the largest amount of influence on how golf courses are located and which do this to a lesser degree. The second objective is to find a location for the development of a new golf course in the GVRD.

The study site of this project is the GVRD as can be seen below it consists of Vancouver and all its outlying areas. It is my hypothesis that the best location for building a new golf course would be to put it in the outlying areas of the GVRD. This would be because there would be more land available for development in these areas and the price of land would also be cheaper. However I think that they would locate as close to residential areas, within these limits.
