1. Least-Cost Pathway between Parks and Electricity/Railway Lines
In this section, I determined the Least-Cost Paths between the Railway/Electricity Lines (right of way's) and Burnaby Heights Parks, Burnaby Golf Course, Rupert Park, Kensington Park and Willingdon Park.  I chose these parks because they were closest to the right-of-ways.  There would be no sense in doing a cost path between the parks that were in the centre of our area of interest--they would be too far away.
