Factors

The MCE uses an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to apply different weights to different factors. AHP is a pairwise comparison approach to derive factor weights. Each factor is compared to every other factor in terms of importance and is assigned a weight. These weights allow factors to be hierarchly sorted by importance, as well as allow factors to tradeoff with each other.
