Welcome! This website describes the chocolate industry from cocoa tree to chocolate bar, and its worldwide economic, social, ecological, and culinary impact. It also includes information on chocolate shops and other delights in the Vancouver area, as well as a section on the history of chocolate and the dark side of chocolate.
