Getting started with SFU's legacy web publishing: Who can publish, how to compose and test a web page, uploading to ftp.sfu.ca, and uploading to webdav.sfu.ca. Also includes enhanced web publishing including CGI-based scripts, restricting access via CAS, and creating web-based forms.
