• Analysis of immune repertoire NGS data in understanding immune responses in HIV+, SLE+ and healthy individuals
• Contributing functional requirements and knowledge expertise to the design and development of iRECEPTOR - A Distributed Data Management System and Scientific Gateway for Mining “Next Generation” Sequence Data from Immune Responses as part of the CANARIE contract with the Canadian government
