Brill Reopening of 97th St.

ETS CCF-Brill #148 arrives at the Gate of Happy Arrival for the Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 97th St and 107A Ave.

The ribbon is cut, and the Brill proceeds through. It is the first vehicle to enter the reopened street.
