Not open yet
Lecce has not opened as of this date. However, the new mayor is said to be not in favour of the trolleybus system. More will be posted as details emerge. Meanwhile here is a video all in Italian. This video may not last, so watch it now:

overkill. There was one in Lyon many years ago, but it was not overkill. Why
aren't these people also raising cain over all the other overhead wires visble
