Please consider registering early, as the special hotel rates cannot be guaranteed if you register closer to the date of the conference. Please see the "Accommodations" link in the menu on the left for hotels. The hotel may even be booked before registration, if for some reason you would prefer to register later but wish to secure the early discounted hotel rate.
Important: Anyone registering via the APS on-line registration site should make sure that their registration type is correct (faculty, graduate student etc.) Undergraduates especially should check to make sure that they are being charged the undergraduate rate. If you are not a member of APS you are, of course, very welcome to attend and present at the meeting. APS membership is not required to participate in the meeting. There are three methods available for registration (only choose one):
(Not available any more.) To register for the conference on-line please click here (you may need to enable cookies on your WEB browser if they are disabled).
(Not available any more.) To register for the conference using the paper form, download the form here.
If you cannot register using either of the above methods (eg. the deadline has passed), you can still register and pay in person when you arrive at the conference. There will be a registration table open during various times at the meeting. Cash or checks (payable to The American Physical Society) are preferred. If you are paying by cash please have the exact amount. We will take Canadian and American money at par.

Late registration - after September 30, 2012
