Paul and Patricia Brantingham
RCMP chairs
Husband-and-wife criminologists Paul and Patricia Brantingham were appointed to the newly created Royal Canadian Mounted Police university chairs in crime analysis and computational criminology respectively. The Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General and the RCMP “E” Division pledged $4 million in funding for these chairs and related research support.
