Returns the descriptive message (help text) associated with the specified button

CALL NOTIFY (toolbar-name, '_getHelp', button-name, text-string);

Argument Type Description

button-name
C specifies the name of the button

text-string
C returns the text of the message

The message displays when the user selects and holds down a button.
