Specifies a message to be displayed when SAS is invoked

Syntax

ECHO='text'

'text': specifies a message to be displayed when SAS is invoked. The text string must be enclosed in quotation marks and must fit on one line. You can have as many ECHO='text' lines as you want. The message is displayed on the screen before the SAS session begins. The message is not written to the log. The maximum length of text is 256 characters.
