Specifies the number of pages to extend a SAS file

DEQMULT=n

n
specifies the number of pages to extend a SAS file. The default value is 5.

Details

The DEQMULT= data set option controls how many pages worth of disk blocks are added to a file each time it has to be extended. By default, enough space for 5 pages is added.
