The B.C. government has released details of its plans to address rising strata insurance costs in the province. The government will be making amendments to the Strata Property Act and Financial Institutions Act and regulatory changes, paving the way to further consultation and future changes.

SFU professor Andrey Pavlov is available to speak on the topic. He can also speak to causes of insurance increases and real estate markets.
