Registration for the conference may be completed via the online registration system or by downloading, printing, and filling out the registration form and returning it by fax or mail to the address shown on the form.

Registration fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and may be paid by cheque (payable to Simon Fraser University) or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

Full conference registration includes attendance at all conference sessions, two continental breakfasts, two lunches, and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks.

Registration for pre-conference workshops is extra and is not included in the full conference registration.

Student registration allows full conference access at a discounted rate (evidence of full-time student status must accompany registration).

Single day registration includes conference sessions, a continental breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks.

A receipt will be included in your conference kit.

Payment must be received prior to the conference.

Persons registering for the pre-conference workshops and/or the conference sessions will receive a confirmation notice by e-mail once their registration form has been processed and payment has been received.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel your registration for the pre-conference workshops or the conference, please submit a request for refund by e-mail to Christine_Kurbis@sfu.ca We regret that we will not accept telephone requests for cancellations or refunds. A full refund less a $50 processing fee will be issued for cancellations received by May 1, 2004. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 1, 2004.

Application Deadline

All presentation proposals must be submitted by March 15, 2004.
Please follow the submission guidelines as outlined in the online application form.
Submissions that do not meet these requirements will not be considered for presentation.
