I'd also like to hear how other people deal with this issue. I'm
especially interested in how people in the USA comply with OSHA 1910.120
without turning a small spill into a huge incident. Most fire department
based training programs (i.e. New York State Academy of Fire Science
classes) are excellent courses but focus on transportation and industrial
facility incidents. Small scale lab type incidents aren't usually covered.
